I get goosebumps when my past meets my present. Terrin and I crossed paths when she was, maybe, 11 years old. Her mom, Pam, and I worked together at an office in Florence, SC during my last year at FMU. Terrin contacted me a little over a year before her wedding and I was honored to be a part of her and Dominic's day.
During our planning, I got to know her and Dominic and they were so cool. Never stressed! We had an adventurous ride along the way, as unexpectedly Terrin had to look for another wedding gown during the planning process due to no fault of her own. However, the dress she wore was made for her. She couldn't have looked more beautiful in her gown that she got from Bridals by Lori (Say Yes to the Dress - Atlanta).
Their theme was fire and ice. Every detail was well thought. And, it was truly a family affair with Terrin's mom designing and executing all of the decor details with family and friends.
It was immediately clear that the Glovers know how to party! Dancing was such an important part of their reception (Terrin's a dancer, seriously, she's competition level!). Their first dance was a HOT salsa routine. Later Terrin and her girls performed something special for Dominic to a compilation of Beyonce songs - fabulous! It was everything! I wish we had the video. When the party was in full swing, I'd never seen so many guests dancing. I even hear there's a video of a certain planner on the dancefloor.
I'll end with two pictures that I absolutely adore!
Thanks, Mr. & Mrs. Glover for letting us be a part of your special day. Please invite us to the next party!
